1.

Using the dress blank as a template, draw around the top of the skirt onto blue spotted paper. Mimic the wavy lines of the hem and cut the paper into an apron shape. Glue this to the skirt, raising the centre up slightly with foam pads.

2.

Add cream grosgrain ribbon and a red gem to the waistband. Attach blue paper flowers to opposite sides of the card, placing a gem in the centre of each. To finish, decorate the apron with blue gems as shown.
